After the initial shock and stress of the pandemic, it is time for us leaders to start engaging fully with the post-pandemic world—for there are tougher and hitherto unprecedented challenges on the near horizon. They cannot be ignored. The planet, and her people, cannot wait.
This is the person with whom you’ll work with as a collaborator on this journey of learning, discovery and leadership skills training. We are borrowing the idea from the world of scuba-diving, a potentially dangerous but liberating sport. To free people from relying on a professional (and very expensive) dive master, divers always dive in pairs – they buddy up with someone to dive with.
With the Leadership and Changemaker coaching kits your buddy will ensure that you progress, remember stuff you forget, help you out in a case of an emergency… but also share the experience with you, be able to remind you of great moments, and learn with you how to do it better.
